Yerushalmi Golden Rum | Quantity 700 ml | 40% Rum made from molasses, aged in American oak barrels.
 
The distillery was founded in 2017 by Natai Morgenstern and David Tzibal.
 
The idea behind the distillery is to be the first distillery in Israel to distill only smoked single malt.
 
As of today, the distillery works with barley malt at a smoking level of 35PPM, and the fermentation time is at least a week.
 
In addition, all the processes from receiving the smoked malt to bottling are done inside the distillery.
 
The distillation boiler is made of copper and was built in Israel especially for the distillery. The volume of the boiler is 1000 liters and its shape is extremely low.
 
After two filtering processes the New blend enters the barrel at a strength of 63% alcohol.
 
The first distillation began at the end of 2019.
All the distillery bottles are bottled at 46.3% strength except for cask strength bottles.
